Thania Johnson, MBA

As Data Analytics Lead, Thania is responsible for managing the comprehensive process of data collection and reporting at Coopera, along with providing insights for our clients, vendors and partners.

Prior to joining Coopera, Thania oversaw the development and deployment of marketing campaigns as a Marketing Coordinator for a Texas credit union. She conducted market research and provided data performance analysis for credit union initiatives. Overall, she brings seven years of experience in the financial services industry. She has earned her Master of Business Administration degree in Management and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing, both from The University of Texas at El Paso.
