Affiliates Management Company (AMC), Coopera’s parent company, today announced Miriam De Dios as Coopera’s new chief executive officer. De Dios has been with Coopera since its inception and most recently served as vice president. She will fill the position previously held by founder Warren Morrow. Morrow passed away unexpectedly in February.
